CHECKOUT: At this stage you will be asked to either Register (new customers) or Log In. You will then be asked to confirm your shipping address so you can proceed to the shipping method window. At this stage your freight will be calculated and any special instructions can be added. The next step is to select your preferred payment option. This can be done by entering your credit card details or selecting 'contact me for payment' (credit account customers also use this option). You will then be asked to confirm your order details before placing your order. Once you have placed your order, you will be given an online order number and email confirmation that your order has been received by Toy Time Direct.

 

PAYMENT METHODS:  Credit card payments are available online or by contacting our friendly customer service team. We also accept direct deposit, money order, and cheque.

 

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS (eg Schools): A copy of your invoice for payment will be dispatched with your goods.

 

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS (eg Parents & Teachers): When we contact you, pre-payment will be arranged prior to goods being dispatched.

Payment Policy

All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Toy Time Direct website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars.

The Merchant name Toy Time Direct will appear on your credit card statement.

The invoiced amount is due and payable before goods are dispatched.

 

Returns Policy

Cross check all products against your original order and our packing list before opening, marking or using them.

Any Products which are damaged or defective, delivered after their “use by” or “best before” date, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order, may be returned to Toy Time Direct within 7 days of delivery, at no cost to the Customer provided a return authorisation number has been obtained from Toy Time Direct.

In the event that a return authorisation number has been issued any returned Products will only be accepted provided that:

The customer returns the Products with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip within 7 days of delivery.

The Products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;

All returns are on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by Toy Time Direct, and that a restocking or return fee may be charged if the goods are returned without authorisation.

Your credit card details go directly to our payment gateway and are not recorded by Toy Time Direct. Delivery Policy

Outgoing freight is dispatched via Australia Post or Courier and a signature will be required on delivery.  Freight is calculated based on the weight and bulk of the item(s) being shipped.

Goods on Back Order are automatically recorded and shipped when available, free of freight.
